FAQs for Seniors and Families

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you replace home health or medical care?

No. We don’t provide medical care, nursing, or anything clinical. We handle everyday support, companionship, errands, and home help while keeping seniors safe and independent.

Can you take my parent to appointments?

Yes. We drive them, stay with them, help with forms, and make sure they get home safely. Families like this because nothing gets missed.

Will it always be the same concierge?

Yes. That’s the point of our model—one trusted person who learns routines, preferences, and habits. It keeps things comfortable and predictable.

Do you help with meals?

Yes. We can plan simple meals, prep food, cook light dishes, and help with cleanup. We don’t do full-time cooking or catering.

Do you help with medications?

We can remind, organize pillboxes, and keep things on schedule. We cannot administer or handle medications in a medical way.

Do you offer transportation?

Yes. Rides for errands, appointments, groceries, social outings—anything that helps the senior stay active and involved.

Can you help around the house?

Yes. Light housekeeping, tidying, laundry, mail management, and basic home tasks. We do not offer deep cleaning or heavy labor.

How does billing work?

Everything is monthly. No long-term contracts. You choose a tier, and the same concierge handles the visits for that month.

What if we need more help than usual one month?

You can add extra hours or move up a tier anytime.

Do you work with families who live out of state?

Yes. We keep you updated, send check-in notes when needed, and make sure you know your loved one is safe.

Is this private and discreet?

Yes. Everything we do is private, respectful, and handled with care.
