Are your services medical or home-health related?
No. We do not provide medical care, nursing, or skilled health services. We focus on lifestyle support, independence, and day-to-day help.

Seniors who want to stay independent but need help with daily tasks. Families who live far away and want consistent updates. Active older adults who want a trusted companion for outings, errands, and appointments.
Do you work with families who live out of state?
Yes. Many of our clients have children or relatives who live outside Utah. We provide regular updates, wellness check-ins, and clear communication so families know their loved one is supported.
What makes Desert Horizons different from traditional home-care or caregivers?
